Monday, January 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM: Legislative Day on January 19 begins at 9:00 AM at the WV State Capitol. This is the time to show your support for the Fairness Act which prohibits discrimination in our state for those who are LGBGQ+ citizens. This is an economic issue for our state. Please show up in person in support of this bill (if you are employed, consider taking the day off). If you cannot show up in person, then please DO email your House of Delegates representative and other state legislators AND make telephone calls in support of the Fairness Act. Let’s blast their offices with calls, emails and letters on the 19th to get their attention. Father Eric Miller will be delivering the prayer for the Fairness WV gathering at 9 AM in the 1st floor Rotunda – let’s be there to show our support, pack the seats, and have a standing room only event!
